great location,, but room needed improvement

The hotel had an excellent location, just 100m from the metro station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were fantastic, always attentive to our needs during our stay. We truly appreciated the tranquil atmosphere of the park-side room, which made for a restful retreat after a day of sightseeing. I enjoyed a relaxing moment at the bar area, which was a perfect spot to unwind with drinks in the evening.

The room had persistent issues, including a leaking showerhead that detracted from the overall comfort.

stayed at campanile for one night and loved it! the rooms were great with a nice balcony for relaxing. super close to metro 53, which made getting into town easy. breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. definitely a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring the area.

my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations compared to previous visits in amsterdam. the location, just a two-minute walk from the metro, made exploring the city a breeze. the room was clean and the staff were accommodating, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my romantic getaway.

Room cleanliness could significantly improve!!! The noise from the terrace and the lack of privacy were real downers!!! the mattress felt incredibly firm, making a comfortable night’s sleep quite the challenge!!!

My stay was adversely affected by the lack of air conditioning. The mosquito problem was unbearable, even though I tried to keep the windows closed. It was frustrating to deal with unclean rooms, with evidence of prior mosquito battles on the walls.

i almost thought this place would be acceptable, until the mosquito invasion ruined my sanity, and the dim lighting made me feel like i was in a dungeon. absolutely no customer service skills, i expected some form of perk for my 'valuable' time here but left with nothing but regret. shameful!

Had a comfortable stay in a clean twin room and really enjoyed the area downstairs by the bar for relaxing with drinks. The TV room was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, though it would’ve been nice to have bottled water in the room instead of relying on tap water. Definitely recommend grabbing a big breakfast to kickstart your day!

however, the shower area in our room could’ve used a bit of maintenance and the single beds weren’t my fave.

A solid choice for exploring the town in Amsterdam with great value for money. The friendly staff member actually helped me carry my bags to the room when I arrived, which was a nice touch. Make sure to check their lunch menu for some great deals.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with a fantastic location just steps from the metro and surprisingly good free parking. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

The room I stayed in was small but cozy, perfect for a couple. The bed was comfortable, and I had fresh towels and toiletries daily. I liked the quietness since I was at the back. The heating kept the room warm, which was nice during the colder nights. Best part? The metro was super close, making it easy to explore the city. the showerhead was leaking and the roller shutter was broken, making it a bit dark in the room. Those issues were definitely annoying.

Good Wi-Fi and friendly staff, but the room was quite basic.
